The capital of Lower Silesia will be another Polish metropolis, next to Warsaw and Gdańsk, to see an investment planned by the Polish branch of BPI S.A. (CFE group).

BPI finalised the purchase of a plot in the centre of Wrocław at the end of last year. It is planning to develop a complex there with at least 22 thousand square metres of usable space. The project is to be located on Kępa Mieszczańska, near the Old Town and Wrocław’s major universities.  The concept involves construction of residential units and a commercial and office section.

"Expanding into Wrocław has special meaning for us. Most importantly, it is another, after Warsaw and Gdańsk, Polish metropolis in which we have the opportunity to build a project based on the highest standards. We would like to make it exceptionally attractive for residents, a place where all services and entertainments are at hand. We are convinced that this project fits into the concept of a ‘modern Wrocław’, which has been growing dynamically in recent years. We would like to contribute and we assume our efforts will meet the residents’ needs", said Head of Development, Frederik Lesire.

BPI Polska has been present on the Polish market since 2009 and its portfolio contains such projects as two stages of residential and commercial development named ‘Four Oceans’ and the ‘Wola Tarasy’ complex in Warsaw.  Apsys, SUD Polska and AP Szczepaniak will be the companies responsible for the Wrocław undertaking. CFE Polska will act as the general contractor.
