Ideal Idea, a real estate development company specialising in urban warehouse and office facilities, has purchased a 4 ha site in Włochy district in Warsaw.

The land is located adjacent to other properties of the Investor. The construction of Ideal Idea III has just started. Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, has advised in the land acquisition negotiations.

Ideal Idea is a Polish development company realizing SBU warehouse and office projects. It operates on the Warsaw market, where to date it has developed two logistics and business centres: Ideal Idea and Ideal Idea II. Both schemes are located in Włochy district on Działkowa Street, close to the A2 motorway and the Warsaw Chopin international airport. Ideal Idea III will be developed on a neighbouring plot.

Ideal Idea III will comprise four buildings offering a total of 18,000 sq m of warehouse and office space. The construction of the first phase consisting of F1 and F2 buildings totalling 11,000 sq m, including 8,000 sq m of warehouse modules with interconnected Grade A office space of 3,000 sq m is underway. The completion is scheduled for Q2 2013.

Ideal Idea III is currently in the process of commercialisation. The first tenant is Ventia, which will take 1,600 sq m of warehouse space.
