Cushman & Wakefield, commercial real estate services firm, has announced that Charles Taylor has today started in his role as a Managing Partner of Cushman & Wakefield in Poland.
As announced by the Firm on March 6th 2013, Charles succeeds Richard Petersen who ran Cushman & Wakefield’s Polish business since its inception in 1991.
This is the next step in strengthening the Firm’s leading position in the region following the appointment of Jonathan Hallett as the Managing Partner of C&W’s Central European operations in March this year.
Charles Taylor is a Partner at Cushman & Wakefield with over 22 years’ experience in the property profession, the last 15 years of which have been in Hungary. Charles was Managing Partner of the Budapest office and is responsible for coordinating the firm’s Capital Markets Team across Central Europe. He has a significant track record of closing successful transactions, the most recent being the acquisition of a major office portfolio in Budapest (Millennium Towers (JV), Science Park and Alkotás Point), concluded on behalf of Heitman and the acquisition of TriGranit’s Arena Centar, Zagreb.
Charles has led our Hungarian business for the past 11 years and handed over responsibility to Gergely Pados who is the head of office leasing and based in Budapest.
