Colliers International has been selected to lease the office space in Oxygen Park owned by Yareal Polska Sp. z o.o.

Oxygen Park is a modern office park fronting Aleje Jerozolimskie avenue, in the business district of Warsaw. The project consists of two six-storey buildings offering 18 300 m2 of leasable area.  The underground parking will provide 141 spaces and additional 21 spaces will be available outside the building. The developer also plans to build racks for bicycles.

Oxygen Park is designed to be a low environmental impact building with BREEAM certification in progress. The project is currently at an advanced construction stage and the completion of the first phase is planned for the end of Q1 2013.  Second building is to be finished at the end of 2013.
