Colliers International has secured new tenants for the office and warehouse complex in Warsaw. Colliers International has represented the owner of the building Mosaic Property LLP.
Coffee and tea distributor Le Patio Polska Sp. z o.o., is at the point of fitting-out its office space and will soon move into new premises. Talex S.A. offering technologically advanced IT solutions has leased both office and warehouse space and has already moved into the building. Both companies have leased almost 600 sqm. of office and warehouse space.
