The Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. Group has leased the entire Feniks office building in Warsaw. It was represented by Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm. The BOŚ Bank Group will take up nearly 10,000 sq m under the lease signed for twelve years.

The Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. Group is a commercial bank for both individuals and corporations. It began to operate on the Polish market in 1991 and has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1997. Its main shareholder is the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management.

Feniks, developed by Europlan, is a modern class A office building offering around 9,000 sq m of office space on seven storeys and around 1,000 sq m of retail space on the ground level. It is located at 32 Żelazna Street in Warsaw’s Central Business District, near the Warsaw Central railway station and the Złote Tarasy Shopping Centre. Feniks provides 54 underground parking spaces. It was designed by Archico Projekt under the supervision of Konrad Tanasiewicz. Modzelewski & Rodek is the general contractor of the project.
