Cushman & Wakefield has prepared an architectural design and coordinated the process to obtain a building permit for Wisher Enterprise’s new office development at 43 Grzybowska Street in Warsaw. The construction is scheduled to break ground either later this month or in early May 2014 with the expected delivery in late Q2/early Q3 2015.

The plot for the new development is located at the junction of Grzybowska and Waliców streets, near the Mint of Poland. The thirteen-floor building to provide nearly 11,000 sq m of leasable space will also offer four underground levels and 105 parking spaces. The main entrance to the building and the retail and service facilities will open onto Grzybowska Street. Each store on the ground floor will have a separate entrance.

The developer is Wisher Enterprise, which is also developing the Silver Tower complex combining office, hotel and service functions in Konstytucji 3 Maja Square in Wrocław, close to the Wrocław Główny Railway Station.

The general contractor is currently being selected for the new development which was designed by Cushman & Wakefield’s architects.

Tomasz Daniecki, Head of Project Management, Cushman & Wakefield, said: “We wanted to combine the creativity of our designers with our extensive experience in property management and lease negotiation. As a result, we created a building which, we hope, will not only look superb, but will also offer efficiency to tenants.”

Cushman & Wakefield has so far prepared comprehensive design documentation, including the development concept, the building permit design and detailed design for construction of the scheme. Cushman & Wakefield was also responsible for obtaining all the necessary planning consents and the building permit. The design was prepared by the team headed by the architects Jacek Zub and Marek Demianiuk from the Project Management Department.
