The development firm EUROPLAN would like to inform that this week it received the permit to use the office building FENIKS constructed at 32 Żelazna Street in Warsaw.
As we were informed by Monika Rogucka from Europlan, there are advanced talks with several potential tenants for this building.
Europlan plans already another office building in Warsaw. The building will be built at the corner of Sobieskiego and Sikorskiego streets and will enjoy a great visibility. The building will have 8,000 sq. of office space over seven floors with a floor size of 1,100 sq. to 1,400 sq. . The construction commencement is planned for 2Q2013.
