The construction of the Grzybowska 43 building is going according to the plan. The building has been topped out.

“The construction is proceeding smoothly, Grzybowska 43 will be commissioned for use in Q2 2016. The tenants will have over 10 000 m2 of office space at disposal”, said Maciej Skubiszewski, Senior Negotiator at Knight Frank, which is the sole agent responsible for the letting of the office building.

The investor of the project is Wisher Enterprise, an international holding company, which has also accomplished the Silver Tower Center project in Wrocław. The general contractor of the project is Karmar, a leading engineering and construction company in Poland.

The building is located within the central business district of Warsaw, close to one of the city’s most important arteries (al. Jana Pawła II).

Grzybowska 43 is a 13-storey office building with approx. 10 100 m2 of office space and 550 m2 of retail space. A 3-level car park is located under the building. The investment ensures maximum flexibility when it comes to arranging space by its future tenants. The effective use of the common areas will allow to optimise the rental costs.
