Developer Nacarat has been building a new office building - Dubois 41 in Wrocław. The scheme is scheduled to come onto the market in June 2015.

Dubois 41 is a seven-level office building in Wrocław that closes the city quarter of Kurkowa and Dubois streets and the Odra River. It is an A-class office building with great functionality that meets environmental and modern business requirements. Dubois 41 has a BREEAM certificate. It provides 6,800 sq m of A-class office space and 700 sq m of retail and service space. The first tenant of the office building is Parker Hannifin.

The area around the building has been designed as a public square and an embankment for walks along the river and will be available to all Wrocław residents.”
