The Sobieski Business Park in Warsaw, whose phase one is to be developed by Europlan, has obtained a valid building permit. Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, has been appointed the exclusive agent in the commercialization of phase one of this office complex. 

The Sobieski Business Park will be located at the junction of Sobieskiego and Sikorskiego Streets, along the Royal Route in the Mokotów District, in an area with an extended network of bicycle routes. Its three buildings will total around 30,000 sq m of office space. Phase one of this office complex to be developed by Europlan will provide around 7,900 sq m on seven storeys, including 365 sq m of retail space. The building was designed to high environmental standards. The Investor intends to obtain BREEAM certificate. It is planned to be delivered in Q4 2014. New infrastructure developments are planned in this area, including a new tram route, a southern ring road of Warsaw and an inner city ring road.

Europlan has developed residential and office schemes in Warsaw since 2005. It recently completed the construction of the FENIKS office building in downtown Warsaw.
