JLL has been selected by Peakside fund as Property Manager of Atrium Centrum and Atrium Plaza office buildings in Warsaw. JLL’s responsibilities include maintaining the best relations with the buildings’ tenants as well as the complex operational and financial management of both schemes.

Atrium Centrum, located at 27 Jana Pawła II Av., is a seven-storey building offering 17,400 sq m of office and retail space as well as more than 200 underground parking spaces. In 2014, the scheme was BREEAM In-Use certified. Atrium Plaza (29 Jana Pawła II Av.) is located just near to Atrium Centrum and provides 14,589 sq m of GLA as well as un underground parking. Such a convenient location – in the business centre of Warsaw - ensures good communication with other parts of the city and is well-served by public transport including tram and bus lines, or Rondo ONZ metro station.
