Colliers International, an advisor in the commercial real estate market, has been selected to lease the office and retail space in Times II project in Wrocław.

Developer UBM plans to commence the project at the turn of Q2 and Q3 of 2013. Times II will consist of two mixed-use buildings with an extended parking area including multilevel public parking. The project will offer ca. 18,000 sqm. of modern office space, 1,580 sqm. of retail space and around 400 parking spaces. The developer plans to complete the project within 20 months from the commencement of works. Functionally and structurally independent buildings will have a coherent facade. Adjacent to the existing buildings the project will complement the central district of the city. The architectural project has been prepared by Autorska Pracownia Architektoniczna APA Hubka.

- Times II is a unique and important investment for us for several reasons. First of all this is our first commercial project in Wrocław and additionally it is being realized in the strict city centre. – comments Peter Obernhuber, member of the board at UBM Polska.

UBM Times – an SPV of UBM AG bought the land for the investment in October 2012. Two municipal plots of 0.5 hectare are located in the vicinity of Ruska, św. Mikołaja and Grabska street, in the heart of Wrocław.

- The office market in Wrocław is not saturated yet in terms of the supply of office space.
