The acquisition of International Business Centre is another Deka Immobilien’s transaction on the Polish market performed this year. A few weeks after undersigning preliminary purchase agreement for the InterContinental Hotel in Warsaw from UBM and Warimpex SA, DEKA acquired the IBC office building in Warsaw (at the junction of ul. Armii Ludowej and ul. Polna). The takeover was approved by the Polish antimonopoly regulator.
