ECE center in Szczecin has been honored by Polish Council of Shopping Centers.
Galeria Kaskada in Szczecin has been honored once more. This year again, the Polish Council of Shopping Centers (PRCH) has presented the “Real Estate Retail Awards” and has honored Galeria Kaskada as winner in the category “New Shopping Centre of the Year 2012”.
The renowned competition has been organized for the third time. The award winners were honored by an independent jury during a gala reception in Warsaw. The “Real Estate Retail Awards” are to reward the best shopping centers, chain stores and marketing campaigns.
Galeria Kaskada is located in the heart of the city of Szczecin and is the most modern and elegant shopping center in Western Pomerania. Around 140 shops, cafés and restaurants are located on three sales levels and a leasable area of approx. 43,000 sqm. Owner of the 190 million euros project is the pan-European real estate fund “ECE European Prime Shopping Centre Fund”. ECE is managing the center in the long term.
Since the opening on September 28, 2011, Galeria Kaskada has received more than ten national and international awards.
