Nowa Era and Mazowiecki Oddział Obrotu Gazem (MOOG), two biggest tenants in Jerozolimskie Offices have prolonged their lease agreements in the office complex owned by IVG fund. In both deals the owner has been represented by Colliers International. Colliers manages the whole real estate portfolio of IVG as well as supports the fund in office space letting.  

Nowa Era, the leader in publishing branch has renewed and extended the current lease agreement and it currently occupies the total of  3,500 sqm. Colliers has represented the owner IVG fund in this  transaction. One month earlier Colliers also represented IVG in renegotiation of the lease agreement with MOOG, Polish company from oil and gas industry which occupies 1,500 sqm. of office space in the building.

Jerozolimskie Offices is located in Warsaw, Ochota district, at No 146D Al.Jerozolimskie avenue. The building offers the total of 8,130 sqm.  of leasable area.  Additional office space is also available in the neighboring Jerozolimskie Business Park.
