Colliers International, advisor in the commercial real estate market, has won the tender to manage two prestigious office buildings in Warsaw. Warsaw Financial Centre is located in the strict city centre and the mixed-use complex Platinium Business Park is situated in Mokotów district. 

WFC is one of the most iconic office buildings in Warsaw. Located in the core business centre of the capital at the intersection of Emilii Plater street and Świętokrzyska street WFC has excellent access to public transport. The building which is 144m high has 24 office floors and is home to an impressive list of approximately 70 tenants across a diverse industry sector. This list includes: CMS Cameron McKenna, DLA Piper, Bloomberg, Google, Bank of Tokyo – Mitsubishi UFJ, Rothschild, European Bank of Reconstruction and Development, MasterCard or World Bank amongst others. The building is owned by Curzon Capital Partners III and Tristan Capital Partners and Allianz Real Estate, which bought the property earlier this year. The transaction was one of the biggest office transactions in 2012 in Europe. Colliers co- managed the sale process representing the selling party, a joint venture between CA Immobilien Anlagen and Pramerica Real Estate Investors.

Allianz is also the owner of Platinium Business Park located in Domaniewska street in Mokotów district. It is a complex of 6 A class office buildings. Colliers International manages Platinium I, II, III and IV offering a total of 50,000 m2 of GLA.  Main tenants of Platinium Business Park include: Aviva, Zenithoptimedia Group Sp. z o.o., Levis, Saatchi & Saatchi Poland Sp. z o.o, GE Medical Systems Polska Sp. z o.o., Trio Management Inc Sp. z o. o., Leo Burnett Sp. z o.o., Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH Sp.
