Industrial and Logistics Agency of Colliers represented PBS Connect Polska in leasing warehouse and office space in industrial park Żerań Park 1. A daughter company of PBS AG holding, which offers specialized IT solutions for offices and schools has leased 2,000 sq. of industrial space and 400 sq. of office space.

Żerań Park 1 is a modern logistic park located in the north of Warsaw – 15 minutes by car from the city center, close to main roads leading out of the city. Consisting of four warehouses and one office module the park offers around 52,400 m² of leasable area in total.
