The German investment fund Deka Immobilien has chosen Knight Frank as the manager of its recently acquiried properties in Poland, namely two logistics parks, MLP Tychy and MLP Bieruń.

“We are pleased that Deka Immobilien we have been cooperating with for 11 years, entrusted us with additional properties to manage on its behalf. Currently, we manage 15 use properties in Poland for Deka, including offices, hotels and logistics with a total rentable area of 445 000 sq m, including the space of the newly added facilities”, says Monika A. Dębska-Pastakia, Partner and Chairman of the Board of Knight Frank in Poland.

MLP Bieruń (Millennium Logistic Park Bieruń) is located on a 12-hectare site and offers 32 600 sq m of warehouse and production area, with the possibility of further extension for another 22 400 sq m. The tenants include Auto Partner and Flexider Poland.

With the total area of 17.67 hectares, MLP Tychy (Millennium Logistic Park Tychy) offers 90 800 sq m of warehouse and office space. The property is let to Aweco Appliance Polska, BOS Automotive, Havi Logistics, Magna Car Top System, Magneti Marelli, Navo Polska Grupa Dystrybucyjna.

Knight Frank currently manages 1.3 million sq m of modern commercial space in Poland.
